This is a v0.5 agent-shell stub. It tracks what already exists versus what still needs to be written while the Agents shell owns the audience journey outside the strict Diátaxis docs tree. The complete current docs remain in the frozen v0.4 archive.
Current material describes a future possibility, not a production-ready operator-agent model.

- Define the exact Kernel/Gateway interaction boundary.
- Observe/diagnose/recommend/approve/act capability levels.
